Utah caps frame height by weight class: 24 in under 4,500 lb, 26 in for 4,500-7,500 lb, or 28 in over 7,500 lb. The body can be raised no more than 3 in, and front lift blocks are prohibited. (Utah Code 41-6a-1631 & 1633.)
