Utah statewide rule
Class C "common state-approved" consumer fireworks (including aerial cakes and repeaters up to 500 grams) are legal statewide in Utah, but only within tight date windows and outside restricted wildfire areas; cities and counties may further restrict them by area (Utah Code 53-7-220 et seq.).
