Fireworks
Fireworks laws change at state, county and city lines.Track them in the free LawLert iPhone app: it alerts you when you cross into a state where they differ, or into a city or county with its own fireworks ban where LawLert has the local rule, and when they change in your state. Never set them off within 150 feet of a building or vehicle (even your own), on public property, on another person's property without permission, or while impaired. Municipalities may bar use 10 p.m.–10 a.m., except until 1 a.m. on July 2, 3, 4 and December 31. A first offense is a summary offense, with a fine of up to $500.
