Consumer (1.4G) fireworks are broadly legal statewide in Arkansas, but cities and counties may adopt their own fireworks ordinances or bans — check the local jurisdiction before you light anything. The State Fire Marshal oversees them and regulates the keeping, storage, use, manufacture, sale and handling of fireworks.
