Delaware Magazine Capacity Laws (2026)
Conditional: Delaware limits magazines to 17 rounds — magazines that hold more than 17 rounds are prohibited under SB 6 (2022), but holders of a Delaware CCDW (Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon) license, law enforcement officers, and the military are exempt.

Maryland bans manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, purchasing, receiving or transferring a detachable magazine that holds more than 10 rounds. The statute does not list possession. A semiautomatic pistol with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 10 rounds is on the state's banned-firearms list.

New Jersey bans magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. Possessing one is a fourth-degree crime, with narrow exceptions such as certain registered firearms and certain police officers. An attached tube that holds only .22 rimfire ammunition is not covered. Treat the limit as in force.
