In Delaware, vaping is banned in indoor workplaces, restaurants, and bars. Delaware's Clean Indoor Air Act defines "smoking" to include electronic smoking devices and prohibits it in any workplace, restaurant, and bar. Only dedicated vapor establishments are exempt.
