Adults 21 and older may buy cannabis in Delaware from dispensaries licensed by the Office of the Marijuana Commissioner (OMC); sales launched August 1, 2025. The per-transaction limit is the same as the possession cap.

In New Jersey you may buy cannabis from licensed dispensaries, up to the equivalent of 1 ounce per transaction — 1 ounce of flower, 5 grams of concentrate, or 1,000 milligrams of THC in edibles. You must show ID proving you are 21 or older.
