Radar jammers are illegal in the District of Columbia, because they're illegal nationwide under federal law. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) bans operating, selling, or marketing any jamming device, and there's no way to get FCC approval for one. The District of Columbia has no separate jammer law of its own on file, so the federal ban is what applies (47 U.S.C. §§ 302a(b), 333).
