In South Dakota, vaping is banned in indoor workplaces, restaurants, bars, and casinos. South Dakota's smoke-free law (2010) was amended effective July 1, 2019 to include e-cigarettes and vaping products in the definition of "tobacco product," subjecting vaping to the same ban.
