In Massachusetts, vaping is banned wherever smoking is prohibited, including indoor workplaces, restaurants, and bars. M.G.L. c.270 22 expressly includes electronic cigarettes and vaporizing products. Only licensed smoking bars and retail tobacco stores are excepted.
