Indiana has no statewide indoor vaping ban. Indiana's Smoke Free Air Law bans combustible smoking in most workplaces and restaurants but exempts bars, casinos and clubs; "smoking" covers only lighted products — vapor pens and e-liquid are handled separately and are not part of the indoor-use ban. Many local ordinances do cover e-cigarettes.
