Vermont Cannabis Home Cultivation (2026)

Permitted: Vermont allows home growing for adults 21 and older: up to 2 mature and 4 immature plants per dwelling unit, regardless of how many adults live there (18 V.S.A. § 4230e); plants must not be visible from a public place and must be secured from access by persons under 21.
