Home cultivation is prohibited in Mississippi, including for registered patients. The ban sits inside the definition of "medical use," which excludes cultivating cannabis unless done by a licensed cannabis cultivation facility and excludes extracting resin unless done by a licensed processing facility. (Miss. Code 41-137-3(dd).)
